As cliched as it may sound, I think of instructional design as a bridge, and the ID is the bridge-maker. My goal is to connect organizational goals on one end to the lived experiences of people on the other.
As an instructional designer, my philosophy is driven by relationships, which always serves as the starting point of any project.
Backed by this philosophy, and everything that I have learnerd from my master's degree, I am now looking for a role as an instructional designer, so that I can help organizations create great learning experiences.
