Identifying and Reporting Phishing Emails

Here, I am working as an ID at a fictitious company that is experiencing a high number of employees clicking on harmful phishing emails. This creates a security risk that requires additional training.

The proposed course is designed as a microlearning event to teach learners how to recognize phishing and SOP to report it.  

In order to make the course fun and engaging, I chose to present the content through a podcast medium where the host would interview a subject matter expert. This microlearning would be part of a broader learning iniative, comprised of short, and succinct events to capitalize on attention and to integrate well into employees' busy professional lives.
